What is the returns and refund policy?
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, please provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, drops, or incorrect installation.
- Any item returned without original packaging or missing parts.
- Sale items or products purchased during clearance events.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at lunarmemoball@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please contact us at lunarmemoball@gmail.com for the return address.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
